Seed merge
Slide every tile at once. When two equal tiles meet they join into one tile worth double, and a new seed sprouts. Grow the biggest garden you can.
How to play Seed merge
How to play
Swipe, drag or press an arrow key (or W, A, S, D) to slide every tile as far as it goes. Two tiles with the same number that bump into each other join into one tile worth double. After every move a new seed (a 2, sometimes a 4) sprouts in an empty spot.
Score and goal
Each join adds the new tile's value to your score. Grow a 2048 golden sunflower on the 4×4 and 5×5 boards, or a 256 rose on the 3×3 challenge. You can keep growing after the goal. The game ends when no move is left or when you choose Finish.
Tips
Keep your biggest tile in one corner and build a row of shrinking tiles next to it. Avoid the direction that pulls the big tile out of its corner unless you have no choice.
Daily game
In the daily game everyone gets the same seeds for the same moves, so you can compare scores fairly. Undo and hints are allowed but are counted as help.
Questions
Is this the 2048 game?
It uses the same well-known idea of sliding and joining doubling numbers, with our own garden look: tiles grow from seeds to sprouts, flowers and a golden sunflower at 2048.
How is the score counted?
Every time two tiles join, the value of the new tile is added to your score. Joining two 64s into a 128 adds 128 points.
What does the hint do?
It looks two moves ahead (three when the board is nearly full), averages over every spot and value where the next seed could appear, and shows the direction that leaves the best-shaped board, with the reason. It never peeks at the seeds that will actually come.
Does undo count against me?
You can undo as many moves as you like, but each undo is counted as help on the completion sheet, just like a hint.
Is the daily game the same for everyone?
Yes. The seeds come from a fixed sequence for each day, so the same moves always give the same new seeds in the same places.
